Abstract

In the following work I represent one of the possible solutions to real problems of monitoring and evaluation of development and deployment of software in the public service, both in terms of quality and price. The idea is supported by the development of solution in the form of a prototype, which actually proved to be a very appropriate tool to monitor spending by projects and subprojects, as well as to monitor quality. In addition, it also gives a detailed presentation of the actual use of the introduced modules or applications for each block; we can get the information about the cost of per user, both in terms of development, education and assistance. Coordination of work on the project requires constant coordination between the user demands on one hand and the possibility of achieving these requirements on the other. The shown solution presents the information about where we are at the specific moment, what is at work and what can be done in the near and distant future.
