    Abstract

This Bachelor thesis provides an overview of different techniques used for web pages or web applications user interface development using Google Web Toolkit. During development process programmer and designer encounter the problem in which way should design be passed from designer to programmer. Designer can plot web page design easily on paper or in an appropriate program and sends it to the programmer. Or he can create design in more advanced form, as a multitude of different files. Programmer will use those files and add them appropriate functionality and content. The goal of this thesis is to analyze different ways of transferring design from designer to programmer, to figure out a way, which would be most convenient for the programmer. In analysis we are considering the trend, that programmer should, as much as he can, deal with webpage functionality and as little as possible with design changing, which is the work of the designer.
