Abstract
Nowadays companies decide more frequently to implement their business processes by CRM System as in the past. They usually get many benefits with this implementation such as unified system which supports their everyday business processes, possibility of easy data searching, common database, minimizing the number of applications that are needed for their work, user-friendly GUI, automation of their business processes, etc... The Faculty of Computer and Information Science could also get all these benefits with implementing CRM system, so we decided to present all important information about this system and point out its advantages. In this diploma we also described some best practices for its implementation. We exposed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as one of the best CRM system in the world and described its advantages. We also supported the theory with developing practical solution within we implemented the process for online ordering of student’s registration certificates. This process is described from the viewpoint of the student and also from the viewpoint of employee that is employed in students’ office. The practical solution included in this diploma was developed in three steps. At first we customized environment of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 that suits requirements of our functionality. In our second step we prepared data about students with program Microsoft Excel 2010 and imported it to the system’s database using wizard tool. In our last step we developed a web form through which students can order their registration certificates. All these steps together form a complete and functional solution.
