    Abstract

    The present diploma thesis provides a summary of the software tools for installer package implementation as well as the analysis of the support for specific features. The paper thus examines the three most commonly used software tools for installer package implementation. The introductory section defines each software tool for installer package implementation while the middle section includes a detailed description of specific features, which also function as the comparison criteria for a specific software tool. This section also discusses the results and weighs up the pros and cons of each software tool for installer package implementation. The final section summarizes the certification requirements for desktop application software and states the findings based on the results obtained during the research.
