Abstract

In degree we studied the reimplementation of FRI web pages with Ruby on Rails. The main goal of study was introducing with Ruby on Rails and try to improve current web pages with this technology, especially managing content. We solve this problem with using Textile markup language and including some Ajax methods for in place editing content. In our prototype we used RedCloth plugin and JavaScript libraries, Prototype and Scriptaculous.
