Abstract
In the theses it will be shown how cloud computing looks like. Customer relationship management (CRM) system consisting of four types will be described. All types will be represented by their most important properties and what type would be important for which company. Relationships between customers and companies are very important because of long-lasting cooperation between them and regular income. It is interesting how a company operates without CRM system and how a company that uses it daily. Details of the five stages of the implementation of CRM system will be explained. The main providers of CRM systems will be described. Focus will be on their sales, service and marketing in the cloud. For each provider pros and cons will be listed. Some providers also have partners in Slovenia. At the end we have made an easy CRM system with Salesforce.com that could be used by faculties.
