    Abstract

The diploma work describes the development of an electronic data recording solution in optometry. The solution is called Helios EOS. The digital cardboard enables the recording of manual, visual and electronic measurements into a common data format. The solution is built modularly and enables flexible changes of the application for different user profiles - optometrists. The application supports multilingual operation and can be used on Windows tablets. Furthermore, it enables the user to add new or remove existing modules of individual measurements – methods. The tablet version of the user interface is designed for mobile use of the solution and is basically a version of the stationary version of the program with dynamic methods of displaying screen masks. The application is written in the Delphi program environment and uses the MSSQL database.
