Abstract

In order to make writing of reports easier for financiers of different social care organizations we developed a program that generates reports on its own. This diploma thesis contains a description of various approaches that are used in developing this program as well as techniques and technology in use. The program includes multiple modules that is establishing a register of codes, input and editing of workshops being carried out, individual tasks, daily presence, donations, goals and their evaluations as well as generating reports of the aforementioned modules. The program also contains log-on to the system and access restriction for modules of its users. The database, adjusted and optimized, carries all the data needed for its normal action. The database is described in detail in this thesis. Due to storing of personal data, this thesis also contains a general data protection regulation and its implementation in this program
