    Abstract

When implement new information system we are often confronted with various problems (fear of new information system, poor project design,...) Diploma talks about implementation of time and presence control information system to industrial company. The first four chapters describe the main mudules of time and presence control information system. The fifth chapter contains general informations about implementation of information system. In the sixth chapter describes the process of implementation. For implementation we use Microsoft Sure Step metodology. Implementation passes through phases: diagnostic and analisys, design and development, deployment, operation and optimisation. In the diagnostic and analisys phase is initially recorded the customer's requirements, make a description and analysis of existing situation and prepare a conceptual solution. Then at the design and development phase we check if everything is described in the functional specification. In this phase we also install hardware and software. In deployment phase we starts using the information system in real time and we also educate users about information system. At the last phase we check for optimisation. Te seventh chapter describes the situation after implemetation of time and presence control information system. The end contains a description of problems with which we are faced during implementation.
