    Abstract

    In this way, we provide a tracking or production MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a system for managing production. The concept is not new, because for decades the development of systems takes place in integration of manufacturing and business environment. For this purpose the MES systems are representing the integration of these two environments. MES systems provide the necessary information to enable the optimization of production activities. Optimization can take place in several areas from issuance of a production tasks to its realization. With detailed analysis of production data, we can also help in correcting the parameters of technological processes. In this diploma thesis I presented the solution of one such system developed at the company Kolektor Sinabit d.o.o. System in the primary can directly capture data from machines, as well as full control over storage, implementation and review of the data. Functioning of the machinery is controlled by controllers. All such controllers must constantly communicate with the ''control computer'' - sending state information of the machine. On some ''controlling computer'' a.k.a. terminal is implemented computer program, which sends the data collected and store it for subsequent use in an existing database. In diploma thesis is described making graphical interface created with development tool Delphi7. The interface allows the production manager review measurements, review the materials, control over work tasks and launching new series. monitoring, which allows automated line ''Delphy''. The most important part of the system is indeed a database (MySQL) a.k.a ''production supervisor'', where is stored all the data of measurements and parameters.
