Abstract
In time when internet is becoming one of the major channels for sales and spreading information, organizations, companies and individuals face challenges on how to present their websites to wider audience as well as attract new visitors. In this thesis we have presented paid online advertising, which can be used by any website owner, even individual, to drive visitors to their websites in an easy and fast way. We have also presented main advertising channels, major global and local players, technology and tools, which help us track and optimize advertising campaigns as well as good practices we acquired during research of online advertising.
