Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to show methodology for introducing of paperless business in any organization, whether they are public authorities or commercial organizations. Modern organizations are introducing paperless business in order to reduce cost of producing and storing original paper document. When we introduce paperless business it is important to use the applicable law in this area, which will allow electronic documents to have the same validity as documents in paper form. Based on the study of literature, legislative and regulatory requirements in this area, I have tried to devise a methodology for the introduction paperless business in any organization that I represent in this bachelor thesis.
