    Abstract

    Kano model is an effective tool that is used in product management. The model allows us to analyze the expectations of a customer and how to improve products and services in such way that they rise above the average level. The thesis consists of seven chapters. The first part presents the satisfaction and expectations of customers and a few solving techniques. The central part of the thesis presents the Kano model, its history and the expectations of Kano model. The fourth chapter covers the scope of Kano model, followed by a section that consists of the use in computer software. Final chapter presents a practical example of Kano model on the website.
