Abstract
The article gives a description of a WWW server which enables sending of live video picture over the Internet. Moving (pan/tilt) and zooming of the camera is also possible for arbitrary individual WWW users. The server consists of a personal computer, a motorized camera platform and appropriate software. The discussed video WWW server was used for sending live video from the Prešeren square in Ljubljana during the opening ceremony of the Plečnik exhibition at the Hradčani castle in Prague.
