    Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is to implement an effective renovation of the business processes by shortening the run-time, based on the analysis of business and production process and modern information technology. Shorter run-times can increase the competitiveness of the company since the new optimized business process would enable faster response to market needs. It is crucial for the companies to be on the market in time with the right products at the lowest costs. This is only possible when the time between production and sales processes is optimal. To achieve this objective two supporting applications have been developed. First one was designed for ordering and planning the production process, the other one was designed for the effective communication of complaints through mobile phone with Android operating system. The shift from paper to electronic documentation with designed applications helped to reduce run-time and made business process faster and more transparent.
