Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to present website I developed for providing applications via the Internet. The site allows uploading of applications through the user interface. Following the approval of the administrator, applications are published on the website. Before the publication, each application is checked with several antivirus programs, which, with great degree of confidence, ensures that they are not infected with viruses or other malicious code and are not potentially harmful to users, who download them. Versions are supported, allowing users to download previous versions of applications. Introductory chapter of the thesis presents description of the solution, competitive solutions and modern challenges of such websites. Technology, tools and framework used are presented in the second and third chapter. The fourth chapter presents some of the main functionalities of the website and the last chapter presents final conclusions along with ideas for further work.
