Abstract

A startup is a company entering the market with a new and inovative solution with the appropriate business model. Due to limited funding it is essential that a startup is as effective and lean as possible in day to day operations from the beginning. When a startup is starting to operate the key focus is managing the relations with the client base, as well as getting funded. For managing these startups can use various customised information systems. The intent of the following paper is to study the specifics of startup operations, the key functionalities of information systems they use and easing their operations through the use of a purposely developed information system.
