Abstract

The candidate should design and implement an asset management system. The system should be abstract enough to enable the description of many types of assets. An asset is described with the help of types to which attributes are allocated. An asset thus contains allocated attribute values upon which business rules can be defined. When these rules are triggered, they notify the user via e-mail. The candidate should also research and implement the back-end system, an appropriate database, and the dashboard which serves as the entry point for the system.
