Abstract
Successful communication with media is dependent on the level of institution's awareness of media reports about itself. Successful communication also ensures prompt reactions in case of false claims or mistakes that are being published by the media. In this thesis we presented the workings of the entire public relations system that enables insertion, editorial and a structured overview of publishing of various media content, that is provided through web interface in form of daily reports In the beginning we elaborated on the meaning of the word "clip", its content properties and overall process of its creation. We explained in detail all the technology used and connected it to the particular parts of the system. In the last two chapters we described the system architecture and broke it into individual modules. We described how the modules are integrated into the system, the way the system functions, its architecture, and we used imagery to present the visual appearance of the system.
