Abstract

This thesis presents one of the hottest areas in today's software industry, business process management (. Business Process Management has become an important tool for companies to hone their capabilities and business processes to adjust rapid and sudden changes in the marketplace and achieve the set of plans. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first section provides an overview of the scope of business process management through the project approach, historically defined itself UPP development and other concepts in understanding area of management business processes. In the second part of the content is described information system for the project approach of managing business processes. In this, we show the overall structure of the information system itself, the reasons why we decided to develop an information system and cases of using information system in practice.
